The Old Artist Residence, Heavenly Boreen Point.

This was a very bad and disappointing experience for our birthday weekend. Positive: New furnitures Negative: 1. Toilet and bathroom doors had lovely glass panels, however, you could see through anyone having a shower or sitting on the toilet bowl 2. Water was turned off in the morning where we couldn’t use a toilet or make coffee, let alone have a shower

Positive: The outside area was fantastic Negative: Trying to get free to air channels on TV The amount of "Rules"

Positive: Perfect for a sailing family holiday

Short stay but easy and accommodating stay Positive: Was there for a 70th birthday and was walking distance to the location. Negative: the bed... in the room with the toilet the bed really needs fixing. It squeaks at any movement and sinks in the middle.

Clean, well appointed and well positioned space but a clear design flaw Positive: Clean and well serviced. The balcony was a nice spot to sit and chill out if an evening Negative: While the stain glass windows are stunning and add an enormous amount of character to the place, having the shower able to be viewed from the lounge and dining space means groups may want to consider elsewhere.
