Below average and disappointing.
Positive: We loved the location, Boreen is Awesome.
Negative: Cleanliness on arrival poor, trip hazards from lifted floors, water pump resets + cold showers, overflowing bins/urine smell outside, builders onsite with no notice, and thin provisioning for a long stay.
