Absolutely loved everything about our stay!! Positive: My partner and I loved this place from the moment we arrived. We walked into a cute courtyard with comfortable sunbeds and it felt nice and private and quite and welcoming straight away. When we entered the unit we were welcomed by a stunning space that instantly felt like home. Such a great location, literally a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach and not far from the local shops - about a 5 min drive. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience, Sarah went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Would highly recommend! Negative: There is actually nothing we didn't like!

Positive: Comfortable and close to local shops and surf club. Negative: Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay, so didn't get around to everything we wanted to, but was still a nice getaway.

Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations. While the property has potential, the lack of attention to essential Positive: The property initially presents as welcoming, and Sarah was responsive when contacted. Negative: Communication was excessive and primarily centred around extra fees (early check-in, late check-out), which created a transactional and unwelcoming tone. • A 3:00 pm check-in is unusually late, and there was no flexibility without additional cost. • Basic essentials were not adequately provided — no extra sheets, blankets, or face towels. Only two large towels were supplied for a four-day stay. • We had to request items such as sheets, and there was insufficient toilet paper, requiring us to purchase our own. • The mattress was extremely poor quality — overly soft and unsupportive, causing noticeable neck and back discomfort. • The smoke alarm battery failed during the first night, waking us and requiring us to handle the issue ourselves, which is unacceptable. • The sofa had a strong unpleasant odour, making the living area uncomfortable to use.

Everything was in very good condition and clean. Simple elegance was pleasing and practical. Access, checkin and checkout were straightforward.
