Negative: No privacy, anyone can look in the windows, they're too cheap to get blinds
There are signs everywhere telling you how they're gonna take more money from you. Rachel Irwin obviously loves money.
No bins.

Fine for an overnight for a single or couple only.
Positive: Bathroom and compact kitchen good. Only 10 min walk to cafes and beach.
Negative: Property only suitable for single or a couple. The sofa ‘bed’ is not good. I checked with manager if sofa bed would be made up (no, which was ok with me) but the linen provided was 3 awful, old fitted sheets shoved up the back of a high cupboard. Pillows with slips were fine. Only small lounge/kitchen has aircon so in 30+ degrees, guests in bedroom can’t shut door. Cooler months not a problem. Make the lock on the door easier to use. Put some draino down the bathroom sink to improve drainage.
