Lovely unit & location. Ease of dealing with booking. Positive: Light and airy, clean and close to shops and beach. Negative: Stairs were tricky coming down as floor and steps were both pale and several times people missed the bottom step. Maybe some high-vis tape? Shower tiles were very slippery when wet.

Good location, straight forward holiday rental. Positive: It was a really lovely place, the layout was cozy. Fully renovated with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Location was very nice, alongside a little park. And it was great to be able to bring our dog. Negative: I want to be clear, this place was clean enough to stay in for two nights. All the beds, towels, sinks, showers, toilets were clean and acceptable. However, the floors could use a proper cleaning between bookings. I dropped something under the sofa and it was not pleasant, there was even a piece of broken glass. And there was a really musty smell in the one bedroom coming from the sofa bed. It felt like only surface cleaning had been done. Bare minimums were supplied for dishes, tea & coffee, towels etc. Would recommend bringing your own as needed.

Good property, new layout and close to the main street. Good fitout and furniture but owner seemed to overly frequently message every few hours then didn’t respond when I couldn’t find the car park.Also has a constantly tripping circuit breaker due to Aircon overloading the circuit. They’ve put a note on the remote control but this is a safety issue as RCDs trip when the circuit is overloaded, has a short circuit or other fault. Also, it is annoying when the unit trips 2-3 times a night.

I think you need to put something showing the last step into the main living area as my guest trippe Negative: I was very disappointed when I had settled my account and three hours before check I am asked if I have a dog . I booked this place as I put I needed dog friendly accommodation. I was asked to pay $80 a night for my dog or I would pay a fine of $200. . I feel this is a scam . I had a budget and now I am out of pocket. I would not of paid that amount and would have cancelled my booking but I was informed too late for the extra fee for my dog. I think you may charge that amount and refund some money when your place is left in a clean condition. Very disappointed.
