Positive: The location is close to the beach
Negative: The unfriendly communication from the host and approach. We were constantly reminded that everything we did would cost extra, e.g. use of the oven comes with a charge og 50 AUD, losing keys would be 150 AUD, check-out of +1 minute would be charged with XXX AUD etc etc. I was not a fan of receiving text message at 7 AM in the morning asking when we would be out...

Great place/location in general.
Positive: The property was gorgeous and great location.
Negative: Some of the bedding didn’t seem too clean, we found hairs and quite dusty. We also couldn’t get in contact with the host, we sent a message via booking.com but no response, just automated messages about house rules and instructions.

Great place. Could have had more glasses, paper towels, tissues, and lower cleanup fees given that we had to take out bins, wash/dry/ put away dishes, put away towels. Else, a lovely place
